Worth emailing about

• A price is wrong or the deal is gone. The most useful message we get. Prices move faster than any automated check can follow, and we would rather pull a deal than leave a dead one up.
• A link does not work, or sends you somewhere unexpected.
• Something should not be on the list. Wrong category, not a real discount, a listing that is not what it claims.
• Brand and partnership enquiries.
• Privacy questions, or a request about any data you think we hold. See the privacy policy — the short version is that we hold none.

What we cannot help with

Orders, payments, shipping, returns and refunds are all handled by the retailer you buy from. Snagsea does not sell anything, take payment, or see your order — we only point at listings. For anything to do with a purchase, contact the retailer directly.
